Hi, I'm Renee (Nay)

I'm not a guru, influencer, healer, or expert.

I’m a Perth mum, a question-asker, a pattern-noticer, and someone who has spent years researching the weird, wonderful and very human parts of healing, energy, consciousness and the body.

NEYA came from my own lived experience of looking at the world and thinking:

Surely there is more going on here… but also, can someone please explain it without making it sound like I need to live in a cave, chant at sunrise, or pretend I have my life perfectly together?

Because I don’t.

I’m human. I’m still learning. I’m still exploring. And I don’t believe healing or self-discovery should be built around fear, pressure, shame, hierarchy or someone telling you they have all the answers.

NEYA is my way of creating the kind of space I wish existed more often. Warm, grounded, emotionally safe, curious, a little unusual, and deeply respectful of your own inner knowing..

My Story

I didn’t arrive here through one neat “lightbulb moment”.

It was more like a long, messy breadcrumb trail.

Over the years, I found myself researching, questioning and exploring everything from nervous-system regulation and somatic release to energy work, intuitive development, consciousness, fascia, pain patterns, light language, sacred geometry, emotional release and the strange little threads that seem to connect everything.

Some things felt practical straight away.

Some things felt completely bizarre at first.

Some things I quietly filed under, “I don’t fully understand this yet, but my body seems to.”

And somewhere along the way, I realised that a lot of people are quietly curious too.

They feel things.

They sense things.

They know there is more to life than just pushing through, holding it all together and pretending they’re fine.

But they don’t always want the overly polished spiritual version of it. They don’t want fear-based messaging. They don’t want to be told they are broken, blocked, unhealed, not high-vibe enough, or spiritually behind.

Honestly, same.

You Don’t Need to Be “Healed” First to Connect With Energy and Spirit

The Biggest Myth

One of the biggest myths in spiritual and healing spaces is that you need to be “healed enough” before you can connect with energy, intuition, spirit, or yourself.

That never sat right with me.

When I was exploring spiritual spaces, I often felt this strange pressure that you had to already be enlightened, high-vibe, glowing from the inside, and basically floating three inches above your laundry pile before you could even attend anything.

As if connection was some reward you unlocked only after you had processed every trauma, regulated every emotion, forgiven every person, cleared every blockage, and reached enlightenment in linen pants.

Honestly, no.

That feeling of needing to be “fixed enough” before entering a healing or spiritual space can create real discomfort. It can make it harder to relax, harder to receive, and harder to just be honest about where you actually are.

Because most people don’t arrive neatly healed.

They arrive curious.

Tired.

Open.

Confused.

Hopeful.

A bit overwhelmed.

Maybe slightly suspicious.

Maybe holding a takeaway coffee and wondering if they are even “spiritual enough” to be there.

NEYA is not built around that pressure.

You do not need to be healed before you come here.

You do not need to have reached enlightenment.

You do not need to know the right language, understand every concept, or pretend you are calm and balanced when your actual nervous system is doing parkour.

You can arrive exactly where you are.

Messy, curious, guarded, emotional, skeptical, open, uncertain, or all of the above.

This space is for exploration, not performance.

You are not behind.

You are not failing.

You do not need to earn your place here.

Connection is already available to you. Not because you have perfected yourself, and not because someone else gives you permission, but because you are already part of it.

Just come as you are.

The brand’s true product is emotional coherence and permission to reconnect with oneself.

A Note from me

I believe we are all allowed to explore.

We are allowed to question things.

We are allowed to change our minds.

We are allowed to outgrow old versions of ourselves without making them wrong.

And we are allowed to reconnect with ourselves in ways that feel safe, gentle, strange, practical, emotional, funny and completely our own.

That is the heart of NEYA.

A space to explore.

A space to soften.

A space to remember that your own inner knowing was never gone. It may have just been buried under noise, survival, expectation, and approximately 47 browser tabs open in your nervous system.

Welcome to NEYA.
